Mint Digital Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Affiliate Marketing, Web Application Development, CRM for Ecommerce Players, Mobile Advertising, Brand Promotion and Email Marketing. All specific services are subject to separate service agreements executed between the client and Mint Digital Media.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of Mint Digital Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, perform or create derivative works of any content without our explicit written permission.
Payment terms for our services will be clearly defined in the individual service agreement before project commencement. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule outlined in the service agreement. Mint Digital Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue payments after providing appropriate notice.
Mint Digital Media will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within agreed timelines. However, delivery timelines may be affected by client response times, scope changes and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize the impact on project schedules.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship. Mint Digital Media will not disclose your business information, strategies or data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mint Digital Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services, including loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Mint Digital Media does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. We do not guarantee specific results from our digital marketing services, though we commit to our best professional efforts.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Mint Digital Media reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhiwani, Haryana, India.
Mint Digital Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
